Our Diamond Cutting technique is simply the best in the business!
The advanced nature of this technique and our state of the art machine means precision cutting can take place. A unique probe contours the edge of the alloys and cleverly calculates the minimum amount of layers that are required to be removed, which ensures a longer life for your alloys as more cuts can be achieved.
Before cutting, the machine tracks the path calculated and then the laser precision cuts the alloys by taking a fraction of a millimetre (or as near as required) on each rotation to create the finished Diamond Cut. This is at all times closely monitored by our trained staff to ensure a premium finish is maintained.
